It did not disappoint us. The current owners have turned this place into something really very nice and quite unexpected in Geneva. more, Reservations, Seating, Wheelchair Accessible, Serves Alcohol, Table Service, Parking Available, Validated Parking, Full Bar. It was slow though and when I am going for a lunch, I usually have to go back to work within the hour, here not possible, I think - upside: you take time to talk to your colleagues. We had a great lunch at arrival and a wonderful dinner on our last night. Stayed at Chez Maman on a business trip. It is tucked away (thank you GPS), small but inviting boutique hotel just outside the centre of Geneva.

The restaurant is tiny and sometimes the dinner wait can be as much as 45 minutes - there's a reason for that. Hard to go wrong here.More. the place is small so make reservations!!!
No matter the reason, it's a great place for an outdoor repast.More, Chez Maman is fairly close to my office and i am so grateful for that. I'm afraid I don't know. I have worked in the hotel.

The breakfast is very limited, not good. There was a large party there and (because of the party?)

I’m lucky enough to have gone to many great restaurants. The...restaurant is nicely decorated . Facing our hotel, the sports complex of Les Vernets where you will find, ice rink and Olympic swimming pool. restaurant is nicely decorated . I was disappointed after reading all the good recommendations. place best enjoyed when they're not very busy. The food was, in all honesty, actually better than in the past. It has its own parking which is a huge bonus for the area. The Nicoise...salad is a classic French Nicoise, the green beans are crisp, the hard boiled eggs are fresh, the anchovies are whole and laid across the top, etc. No matter the reason, it's a great place for an outdoor repast. Chez Maman is better than before COVID, perhaps because they are serving fewer meals. The salmon crepe was fresh and delicious. Service is very friendly. The soup...of the days was very good. The burger with Angus beef did not really impress; the beef was rather "dry" (not sure how to say). salad is a classic French Nicoise, the green beans are crisp, the hard boiled eggs are fresh, the anchovies are whole and laid across the top, etc. Which popular attractions are close to Chez Maman? The roast duck is to die for. Despite the music and the party my room was very quiet and I got a goo night's sleep. When capacity is so severely reduced, why would a restaurant want people to linger over dessert, when they can turn the table over and serve more hungry customers? It has a restaurant with live music, I didn’t try it. No special idea in the recepie. .

What really made this though was the staff.

The bread was fabulous sour dough from Boudin the famous sour dough place in SF!!! Are there any historical sites close to Chez Maman? The room was really big and nicely furnished. The salmon crepe was fresh and delicious. The room is large and clean and has an AC, private bathroom with walk in shower. The place is very nice and cozy, although does not look very promising from the outside. I went and had the mussels poulet with an albariño style wine, between the bread, wine, mussels, and french fries (you must try) I had the best meal of my trip to San Francisco. Nice small place with bar , food and service is very good and very friendly staff.

Holiday Inn Express San Francisco Union Square. The food is consistently good and the wine list is excellent without being overpriced. The staff speaks multiple languages, including English and French. Nice cosy place with live music.
